sevensagesai.com ("Seven Sages AI", "S7", "we") is run by Emmanova Digital. This site is made for children, so we collect as little as possible and we do not collect personal information from children.

The kids' zone

• There are no log-ins, no forms, no chat and no ads in the kids' zone.
• We do not ask for or store a child's name, email, photo, voice, location or any other personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the age set by the law where you live). If we learn that we have received such information, we delete it.
• Anything typed into tools such as the Thank-You Jar stays only in that device's browser (localStorage). It never reaches us, and it disappears when the browser data is cleared.
• The Tonight's Sky tool never asks for your location; you choose a city yourself.
• We do not build profiles of children, show personalised content or ads, or use design tricks to keep children on the site longer.

The grown-ups' newsletter

• The newsletter is only for adults aged 18 or older.
• We store only your email address, whether you are a parent, grandparent, teacher or other, your consent, and the date you signed up.
• We use this only to send the newsletter and S7 news. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• We never sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
• The information is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which may process it on servers outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
• We keep it until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe or have your information deleted, email contact@sevensagesai.com.

Statistics and cookies

• We may use cookie-free, anonymous visitor totals to see how much the site is used. They never identify an individual.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• After a grown-up answers the Grown-up Gate, the browser remembers it for a few minutes in sessionStorage, so the question isn't asked again and again.
• Videos play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video plays, YouTube may collect information under its own policy.

Outside links

In the kids' zone, the Grown-up Gate appears before any link to an outside website, such as YouTube or social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your newsletter consent. Parents and guardians can ask the same on behalf of their child. Email us at the address below; we aim to reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
